When orders are placed you will receive a confirmation email and we will process your order within 2 business days. Our Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days to arrive after processing. Our Express Orders take 1-2 working days to arrive after processing.
Due to the nature of our product and hygiene reason, unfortunately refunds and exchanges are not offered based on insufficient/inadequate reasons (unwanted item, change of style etc). However, if you have received a faulty or damaged item, of course we would be able to provide you with a refund/exchange. Please notify us of any issues to products as soon as possible when in receipt of the item so we can rectify promptly.
