Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product and hygiene reason, unfortunately refunds and exchanges are not offered based on insufficient/inadequate reasons (unwanted item, change of style etc).

However, if you have received a faulty or damaged item, of course we would be able to provide you with a refund/exchange. Please notify us of any issues with products as soon as possible upon arrival so we can rectify promptly.
